John Garris has been one of my foremost mentors over the past decade. John has consulted me on many of my various coaching roles. I first met Coach Garris at a camp and my interaction with him was impressive, as he is one of the best teachers around. John and I see the game similarly on the application of in game analytics in both baseball and softball.
