– Basic Speed Development

• Speed development improves acceleration

• reaction time through training focusing on flexibility
• running technique
• stride length/frequency and
• strength/power.

-Equipment needs:

• Make sure to have molded cleats and turfs or sneakers.
• In case of weather, we may have to go indoors.
• There will be no metal cleats allowed on the turf.
• There is no gum or seeds allowed on the turf.
