Nate Tompkins is Assistant Coach/Director of player Development at Troy University entering his third season at Troy University. His time at University has included back to bag program record setting seasons in Homeruns, Slugging Percentage, and runs scored. He is also credited with the installment of Rapsodo, 6-4-3, and many other data gathering metrics.

This is Nate’s third collegiate stop and he spent the 2019-2023 years in player development and consultant work where he oversaw the development of over 80 collegiate players and multiple college programs.
