– High Level Fundamental Techniques

- Strategy Implementation and in game use of analytics
- Measurement and evaluation providing player metrics for use in recruiting.
– Basic Speed Development
- Speed development improves acceleration
- Top Speed
- reaction time through training focusing on flexibility
- running technique
- stride length/frequency and
- strength/power.
Location: The Catholic University of America
-Equipment needs:
- Make sure to have molded cleats and turfs or sneakers.
- In case of weather, we may have to go indoors.
- There will be no metal cleats allowed on the turf.
- There is no gum or seeds allowed on the turf.
