We were founded by Coach John Garris, a passionate softball coach and mentor from Alabama whose values still guide everything we do today.
Coach Garris built Pinnacle Performance Training and Consulting with a clear mission: help young athletes develop not just as players, but as people. He believed in hard work, family values, education, and giving every dedicated player the knowledge and opportunity to improve. Whether it was on the field or in a simple conversation, he was always ready to teach anyone who wanted to get better at the game he loved.

Those same values live on in our team. We remain committed to connecting high school softball players and their families with quality training, college recruiting guidance, andthe right camps and coaches across the country.
Our goal is simple: build a strong national network so no athlete misses an opportunity to reach the NCAA or college level — no matter where they live.
